Barnett’s expertise lies in business development and the creation and activation of brand partnerships, he has worked for some of the world’s biggest brands.
Sonal has 10 years experience in consumer and corporate communications, executing campaigns for brands around the world. Sonal brings a strong understanding of each clients objectives, enabling her to deliver strategic and targeted PR and social media, with real results both on- and off-line positioning brands in the right media, at the right time, and to the right audience.
Caroline has global experience in B2B PR. Her career in the blockchain industry began by helping token sales structure their campaign and find the right partnerships to support their offering. Since she joined BlocWorx, she has been applying her skills and contacts to help clients establish and execute communications campaigns and strategies. Despite being the Valedictorian of her London based masters degree in communications, Caroline brings a French flair to the team.
Mike is a serial entrepreneur, specialising in online business and marketing. Having started online in 1997, Mike has 20 years’ experience in the digital space.
Over the last five years, Mike was part of the small team who built the Gibraltar Stock Exchange, Gibraltar’s first exchange to be granted a licence.
In addition to this, Mike also manages a workspace for start-ups in Gibraltar with the emphasis on making the start-up process as easy and smooth as possible. Coupled with his work with ICOs, he can work with online and offline projects from concept to production.

His experience includes electronic money, multi-currency card acquiring, pre-paid solutions, mobile payments and electronic wallets.
Julian is an Experienced Director and qualified accountant. Skilled in Budgeting, Business Planning and Account Reconciliation. Strong professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
Analytical and conceptualising ideas are Julian’s core strengths, firmly believing that businesses are more than just the sum of their parts.
Works with business startups in Gibraltar and the UK, specifically those involved in disrupting existing markets. Transference of existing traditionally accepted skills to assist new ICO/ crypto businesses. Working with online and offline projects from concept to production.
Paul’s areas of expertise are advising and guiding business about to make important decisions and launch new products and services. He has carried out projects for brands such as HP, Waitrose, Sonos, Logitech, Regus, Pret, Jacklinks, and Paddy Power some of which have retained his services for several years. He is currently helping several start-ups with their initial trading periods too.
Paul also produces and manages Political Campaigns and has worked with The Conservatives since 2007 coordinating launch events, press conferences, town hall meetings and provided and managed the three battle buses for David Cameron’s 2010 General Election campaign. Paul also headed a team that provided a huge stewarding presence for the 2012 London Olympics for the cycling road racing and planned and implemented the security for Notting Hill Carnival for 5 years.
Damien has a strong background in building and growing successful global retail financial services as both a founder and CEO. He specialises in is derivatives (FX, CFDs, Spread betting). He structures and advises on M&A deals and is a non-executive director of the of Playtech PLC. Formally CEO of MIG Bank (Swissquote), Capital Market Services and Avus Capital.

This website acts to set out in broad terms the services that BLOCWORX undertake on behalf of clients involved in ICO’S and Blockchain related activities, from setting out the participant engagement for strategy around fund raising for token sales through to providing support post crowd sale amongst the wider business community.
Whilst the market for token sales or coin offerings is currently free from oversight and subject to change on a daily basis it is our view that the market will ultimately become regulated by Government appointed agencies and that this is a good thing as it will lead to greater protection of investor interests as well as an improvement in the quality and business transparency of projects coming to the market.
In support of governance and market discipline BLOCWORX will only look to engage in work with businesses that are prepared to be operate under the rules of the Gibraltarian regulator (or similar) and whose internal processes and activities are subject to AML and KYC oversight.
Furthermore, BLOCWORX will not look to work with companies unless they are satisfied that the business has the treasury capability to manage investment funds on the prudent man principle and is committed to ongoing investor dialogue (in line with the current level of disclosure required under the Alternative Investment Market, AIM, rule 26).
BLOCWORX believe the future of token sales is incumbent on businesses operating in the sector to act in a manner that provides safeguards to investors, is compliant with tax requirements and fair and honest in the promotion of firms and offerings.
